Discovering these problems will help you understand why it is very necessary to make use of an air purifier in your home and office.

Dryness and irritation

Have you ever noticed any form of irritation around your throat, skin, eyes or nose? Do you know that such could be as a result of indoor air pollution? A recent research proved that most household items contain formaldehyde in one way or another. These could be your paper product coatings, plywood, fiberboard, adhesives or glues. Formaldehyde is a major source of skin and eye irritation. In case you think using medications will help matters, things will only get worse with time.

Headaches

Research have showed that most people usually experience constant headaches without bothering to know what might have gone wrong. When there are elevated chemical levels, such can bring about headaches. Experts even claim such can lead to disability in cases that are severe. Some of the causes of headaches in relation to poor indoor air quality could be high temperature, inadequate ventilation, toxic products around the home and more.

Fatigue

Fatigue is a condition which is becoming prevalent in developed countries. For instance, in the US, it has been reported that almost 40% of workers usually experience fatigue. While most people see it as a normal feeling, it isn’t in any way. This is because it could have been caused by poor quality of air indoors. Secondhand smoke has been discovered to deplete the body’s oxygen levels. It can also result in starving of muscles and some vital organs thereby paving way for feelings of fatigue. Chemicals used in producing paints and other cleaning agents can bring about this problem.

Shortness of breath

Indoor air hazards are capable of creating ozone gas. This will then bring about negative reactions within the body’s organs thereby leading to shortness of breath. When you begin to inhale the ozone, there is every chance of your lungs getting damaged. According to Wikipedia, around 27% of people in the world are suffering from dyspnea(another name for shortness of breath). Severe cases of this condition can bring about death when not properly attended to.

Allergies

This is probably one of the most common health challenges amongst others when it comes to poor indoor air quality. A survey carried out in US showed that over 50% of its citizens are suffering from various types of allergens. The primary cause of this problem is air pollution. Although most experts have recommended keeping pets outdoors, closing windows, and practicing of good hygiene, these are only temporary measures.

The use of air purifier can help bring a permanent solution to such an issue. This is because you only have to turn it on and it will start the process of purifying the air around your home.

Sinus congestion

Studies have showed that air pollution can bring about inflammation of nasal as well as sinus tissues. This is a serious health condition which can cause other problems such as headache, pains in the body, drippy nose and congestion. It is true that you can combat this problem through eating of immune-boosting foods. However, such is an expensive option given that you will have to be spending money over and over again. This option will put a hole in your pocket which is why using an air purifier is highly recommended.

Coughing and sneezing

Although there are various causes for the problem of coughing and sneezing, air pollution has proven to be a major cause. Do you know that the air in your home and office contain some pollutant particles. These may not be visible but such doesn’t mean they aren’t present causing damage to your health by making you sneeze and cough continuously.

There are instances when diesel and fuel exhaust will find their way into your home from outside. Apart from causing cough, these are capable of leading to irritation of the lungs.

Dizziness

Carbon monoxide is a very powerful pollutant which is likely to cause dizziness. There are lots of ways this problem can affect you when not address in the most appropriate manner. These could be low level of concentration thereby ensuring reduced productivity. Dizziness takes the best out an individual. There is only one way to avoid this problem which is using an air purifier in your home and other places.

Nearly every home and office has some degree of indoor air pollution. Poor indoor air quality is widespread enough for the EPA to put out a statement recently placing poor indoor air quality in the top five major health threats we face today. That’s huge. More specifically, most homes and offices have mold and mold spores as part of the mix of pollutants. Mold is not only a very strong carcinogen, but along with increased allergy and asthma symptoms, the mycotoxins produced by mold spores cause a variety of health problems when mold spores are inhaled. And recently, many of those health problems are being found to be connected to how these mycotoxins damage the mitochondria in all of our cells. This makes getting rid of mold and filtering the air of primary importance if your goal is optimal health for yourself and your family.

Why do we have mold in so many homes and offices? It’s primarily the result of two things: excess moisture and indoor air conditioners. Mold spores are literally everywhere. And when an air conditioner has a coil that cools by condensing and evaporating water from a coil the blowing air across it, mold spores easily find the moisture they need to reproduce, along with other organic material (dust and other things) that settle on the coil and create a great environment for mold (and bacterial) growth. Then, every time the AC turns on, it blows some of the mold spores out into the ducts polluting them, and out into the rooms of your home or office, polluting the air you breathe every day.

And that’s just the effect of an air conditioning system polluting the air. If you have any weather damage or other water damage in the home or building, mold will set up and grow there, as well, allowing mold spores to become airborne. And no, even the best AC filters aren’t enough to stop mold spores–most of them are too small and pass right through, and some debris stuck to the inside of the ducts blows out of the vents and you breathe that before it can be recirculated back through the AC to have the filter remove some of it. And… a UV light will help kill airborne bacteria and mold, but doesn’t trap anything, leaving the tiny particles in the air to cause reactions.

This is why it is vital to actually filter the air in your home and office with one or more portable air purifiers in the rooms where you spend time, ideally. Portable air purifiers are better because they will grab what’s in the air in your room or office before you can breathe those pollutants. This prevents the mold spores from settling on our skin and prevents them from being inhaled. preventing a variety of health problems–and mitochondrial damage. If you want some really good information on mold and how bad the problem really is, check out Dave Asprey’s documentary on YouTube called Moldy. And for some very in-depth and usable information on how mold and other things affect our mitochondria, check out his groundbreaking new book ‘HeadStrong’. It is an incredible book on the subject of mitochondria.

Bottom line for preventing mold and the health issues it causes is to 1) make sure to fix any leaks or other sources of excess moisture in the home or building, keeping the indoor humidity at 35-45% maximum. Any higher than that is enough to feed mold and bacterial growth. 2) be sure to filter the air in your home or office with a quality portable air cleaner with medical HEPA and quality activated carbon. This will remove the majority of any airborne mold spores, dust mites, chemicals, and other pollutants we don’t need to breathe.

As always, we hope this information helps you and those you love live a healthier, happier life.

So we suggest peopel can put one of Olansi air purifier in home,to purifier the mold & your mitochondria.
