For Home Appliances,Indoor air purifier refers to adsorption, break down, or convert all kinds of air pollutants (including dust, pollen, peculiar smell, formaldehyde, decoration pollution, such as bacteria, allergens, etc.), effectively increase the air cleanliness of the product, is to improve indoor air quality, create a healthy and comfortable office and residential environment is very effective. In fact, although the name, type and function of air purifiers announced in the market are not the same, but from the perspective of the working principle of air purifiers, there are mainly two types: passive adsorption filtration type and active filtration type.

In our life ,oxygen and negative ions are a pair of good brothers in the air. They are two elements that are indispensable to human life. Oxygen is the first need of life movement, accounting for 61% of life. Among other main components, hydrogen accounts for 12%, carbon accounts for 20%, and nitrogen accounts for 3%.

Using Air purifier tips:

  1. Start the air purifier to clean the air according to the environmental pollution. For example, an air purifier that purifies PM2.5 pollution is preferably used in the case of serious air pollution or indoor environmental pollution, which can ensure a good purification effect. If the atmospheric air quality is good, there is no need to turn on the air purifier for a long time. Summer and winter can be combined with a humidifier for best results.

  1. It is necessary to clean and maintain the purifier in time, and install an electrostatic adsorption purifier for cleaning the signal light. When the signal light is on, it indicates that the dust collection is full, and the dust collecting plate should be cleaned.

3, the purifier of high-efficiency filtering function can often check the filter replacement indicator. If there is no indicator light, you can open the machine to check the pollution of the filter element. If the filter element turns black, you should replace the filter element immediately.

It locates in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.

According to a set of data from the World Health Organization, nearly half of the world’s people are exposed to indoor air pollution, resulting in 22% of chronic lung disease and 15% of bronchitis and bronchitis. Each year, 24 million deaths worldwide are closely related to indoor PM2.5. As a result, 110,000 people in China die every year.

As we will think that our bedroom is more cleaner than living room.but most of the bedroom pollution came from bedding. The main part of the bedroom is the dust on the bottom of the bed, carpet and air conditioner. It is easy to lift it into the lungs while walking or shaking the quilt. Dust mites and body exfoliation can be allergic if they are inhaled.People in the office are more polluting. Some compounds that are excreted through breathing, sweat, etc., viruses that cough, sneeze, and other biological contaminants are serious.

For offices that have been waiting for us for a long time, maintaining indoor air quality is the top priority. Where are the pollutants in these offices? Decoration pollution is a part of it. The main focus is on office furniture that is centrally distributed. The largest number of these office furniture is artificial boards. Such as indoor particleboard, density board, plywood, etc., these artificial boards contain formaldehyde, toluene and other substances.

Why Olansi HEPA Air Purifier better than other Electrostatic Air Cleaners?

K09A_08

Olansi healthcare has more than 10 years experiences in the field of water treatment, air filtration and hydrogen water maker products, with more than 50 R&D team, more than 11 labs, all these can ensure their company in the leading of these fields.

 K09A_05

A lot of people wonder whether Olansi air purifiers with HEPA filters are really better than electrostatic type air cleaners. There are several reasons why HEPA filters are better for your health, and do a much better and safer job of cleaning the air in your home or room.

First, there’s a big difference in overall efficiency or what percentage of particles are being removed. Why HEPA air purifiers to be called ‘HEPA’ (High Efficiency Particle Arresting)?  The reason is trap air borne particles, when the air is forced through filters. They remove air pollutants of 0.03 microns or greater in size. They are efficient in removing solid dust particles, pollen, and mold spores. However, they are unable to remove bad odor and chemical fumes.

But many of the best electrostatic air cleaners only trap over 90% of particles, when the plates become coated with dust, they don’t trap the next round of particles as well and efficiency can quickly drop to 75%, 60% or lower, unless you’re cleaning the plates a couple of times a day, which is a hassle. HEPA air cleaners maintain that full 99.97% removal rate for the life of the filter with basically no maintenance in between.

Second, with regard to cleaning electrostatic air cleaners, being exposed to the dust, dust mites, and other particles every time you clean it can kick off allergy or asthma symptoms if you accidentally bump the plates as you’re removing them. With HEPA air cleaners, the dirt, dust and other pollutants are trapped in the filter and generally aren’t released into the air when changing the filter.

Third, electrostatic air purifiers tend to make popping noises as many have reported while using air scrubbers-air cleaners with HEPA filters don’t do that. And yes, there are biodegradable HEPA filters and recycling for those filters, so even though an electrostatic air purifier might be better for the environment (with no filters), it isn’t protecting your health as well as a HEPA filter will.

So, surely HEPA air cleaners do have the added expense of changing filters every year, but they protect your health and reduce allergies and asthma better by doing a better filtration job. I think your health and wellness worth much more than this added expense, agree? If you’re into protecting the environment and don’t mind cleaning the plates in an electrostatic air cleaner once a day or more to keep at least about a 90% dust removal rate, then that type of air scrubber may be better for you. But for most, a consistent, no maintenance removal rate of 99.97% is worth a little extra for filters, especially those with allergies, asthma or respiratory problems such as COPD, emphysema, etc.

Reliable air purifier of Olansi

Reliable air purifier of Olansi

99.5% of the PM2.5 purification rate, the formaldehyde purification rate of 99.8%, the VOC purification rate of 100%… Such data are you often see in the air purifier product specifications or business promotion? Yes, the purification rate is usually refers to an air purifier Cadr, which refers to the clean air volume, air purifier purification efficiency per unit time, clean air volume is larger, indicating the ability of the clean machine strong. And this is also the gb/t18801-2015< air purifier GB national standard < > > the new proposed four core indicators.

Effect of air purifier is much, really like business said that a high purification rate? Air purifiers really can haze so efficiently remove formaldehyde, toluene, these harmful pollutants? Domestic has show that a scientific experiment, the results showed the purification effect of 13 kinds of air purifier purification the principle of different, within 1 hours, the product clearance rate of up to 91.9%, the lowest is 9.3%. visible, air purifier products between different purifying effect difference is still quite large.

Therefore, the choice of quality assurance air purifier is particularly important .

Central China city to install air purifiers at all schools

Central China city to install air purifiers at all schools

06(1)

Education authorities in Zhengzhou, capital of central China’s Henan Province, announced late Wednesday that air purifiers would be installed in all its schools and kindergartens.

The installation will begin this summer, with the aim that the majority of schools will have air purifiers by the end of the year, according to Zhengzhou municipal education commission.

“I wholeheartedly support it,” one parent, surnamed Li, told Xinhua. “It will be good both for our kid’s health and education.”Of the many Chinese provinces to be affected by the annual winter smog, Henan is among the worst hit

Local authorities suspended class on six occasions in 2016 due to heavy air pollution, disrupting the lives of students and parents.

Li had to take leave or pay for her son to attend a cram school when Zhengzhou government issued red alerts for air quality.

“There had been talk between myself and other parents of raising money to buy the school an air purifier, but now it’s all solved,” she said.

Zhengzhou is the second city to commit to installing air purification systems at all of its schools.

Beijing earlier this month urged districts to begin to install purification systems.

Tianjin Economic and Technology Development Area begun to fit out all its kindergartens, primary and secondary schools with air filters this year.

Air pollution causes 467,000 premature deaths a year in Europe so you need air purifier

Air pollution is causing around 467,000 premature deaths in Europe every year, the European Environment Agency (EEA) has warned.

People in urban areas are especially at risk, with around 85% exposed to fine particulate matter (PM2.5) at levels deemed harmful by the World Health Organization (WHO).

These particles are too small to see or smell, but have a devastating impact.

PM2.5 can cause or aggravate heart disease, asthma and lung cancer.

How big is the problem?

It’s pretty bad. Within the European Union (EU), more than 430,000 people died prematurely due to PM2.5 in 2013, the most recent year with figures available.

According to the EEA’s Air quality in Europe – 2016 report, the toxic gas nitrogen dioxide (NO2) – released by vehicles and central heating boilers – has an impact equivalent to 71,000 premature deaths a year.

Ground-level ozone (O3) is also killing people – an estimated 17,000 annually in the EU.

Unlike the protective ozone layer in the stratosphere, ground-level ozone is harmful, formed when emissions like NO2 react with other pollutants and “cook” in heat or sunlight.

A seagull flies through smog above the skyline of the City of London on April 2, 2014.

A chart showing the ten European countries with the worst levels of PM2.5

The European countries with the worst levels of PM2.5 are Bulgaria, Poland and the Czech Republic.

Nations like Poland where coal is a major source of electricity production tend to rank at the bottom of air quality measures, according to the EEA.

In 2013, Bulgaria provided four of the five worst European cities for high particulate matter. Costs to ill-health from coal power plants in the country are estimated to be up to €4.6bn ($4.8bn; £3.9bn) per year.

In the UK, air pollution overall costs the economy more than £20bn per year – just under 16% of the NHS’s annual £116bn budget.

Air pollution deaths mapTechnically, European air quality actually improved between 2000 and 2014. Levels of PM10 – another tiny pollutant particle – fell in 75% of the EEA’s monitored locations.

PM2.5 concentrations also dropped on average between 2006 and 2014.

But EEA executive director Hans Bruyninckx says “unacceptable damage to human health and the environment” is still rife.

Outdoor air pollution contributes to about 40,000 early deaths a year in the UK, according to the Royal Colleges of Physicians and of Paediatrics and Child Health.

SO,you should buy a air purifier in your school/home/office to improve air quanlity.

air purifiers are supposed to work like lungs

In the absence of any government-set standards for indoor air quality, their efficacy rests more on anecdotal evidence than scientific assessment.

At their core, air purifiers are supposed to work like lungs. They work on the principle of sucking in air and passing it through a filter that traps particulates of various sizes. Some air purifiers also use ozone or air sprays to remove odour.

The key claim of air purifiers is that they trap particulate matter less than 10 microns thick. Were such matter to deposit in our lungs they would, over time, erode lung capacity and is equivalent to the damage done by smoking.

Whether air purifiers actually do a good job of making the air around you more breathable rests more on anecdotal evidence than scientific assessment. “You must see the response we get from our customers on how they have reduced asthmatic symptoms after installing our air purifiers,” says Vinayendra Jain, Director, Honeywell Connected Home India.

Business has never been better for Mr. Jain. In only its second year of selling air purifiers in India, sales have doubled, though Mr. Jain didn’t disclose numbers. Given Delhi’s high pollution levels, air purifier demand in the capital far outstrips that in other places, but the company’s products — that can range from Rs.8,000 to Rs.5,00,000 — are evincing interest from as far as Kanpur, Ahmedabad and Tiruchi.

“Outdoor air and indoor air are different subjects,” says Rakesh Kumar, director, CSIR-National Environmental Engineering Research Institute, “If the air outside has become twice as worse, it doesn’t mean air inside (a residence) has worsened as much.” Dr. Kumar says air purifier equipment in India hasn’t been calibrated to Indian air standards because the government hasn’t specified how it must be done so.

Air outside and inside the house

That’s why manufacturers can make claims on the efficacy of their purifiers without subjecting them to an investigation by local authorities. Indoor air has a different composition from outside. Air quality inside the house is determined by volatile organic compounds (from paints), bio-aerosols, nitrous oxides (from cooking gas), unlike air quality outside that is measured on the basis of particulate matter, carbon monoxide, ozone and sulphur dioxide levels. “The paradox is that indoor air quality doesn’t have standards for PM2.5 or PM10,” says Arun Sharma, professor, Community Medicine, University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi, “and India has no standards for indoor air quality.” That’s because there’s no agreed definition anywhere of what is an acceptable level of dust and other compounds within a home.

Dr. Kumar notes that well-ventilated homes are the best defence against pollution. “The background concentration of dust, especially in Delhi, is high and there is a natural acclimatisation by our bodies. Air purification systems are most effective in closed spaces… offices, shopping malls with poor ventilation,” he says. Dr. Sharma says that air purifiers do reduce particulate matter over a limited area, but whether they improved people’s health over the long term remains an open question.

Air purifier market to pick up—— online sales will continue to grow

The Ministry of environmental protection 16 days to report, expected in November 16th this year to 20, North China, Huang Huai, Guanzhong area will appear heavy pollution, large range of air is expected to Beijing, Tianjin, the air quality in southern Hebei province and other regions will reach 4 consecutive days of severe pollution, part of the city in a certain period of time will be seriously polluted.

Insiders said that in recent years, frequent haze that city residents gradually increasing demand for air purifiers, air purification products from niche consumer to public view, is expected to air purifier market will show a clear warming trend this year, the overall demand is expected to show rapid growth. The PRC is expected this year, air purifier products retail volume and retail sales year-on-year growth will reach 19.3% and 23.6%.

American household penetration rate of 27%, Canada, Italy, Japan and other countries of the popularity rate is above 20%. The popularity of China’s air purifier ownership rate is less than 1%. A huge room for improvement.

In recent years, China’s air purifier industry to maintain rapid growth, the industry average annual growth rate of sales reached 47.7%, sales amount reached an average annual growth rate of 43.1%. growth momentum agencies believe that air purifier main source of the rapid rise in electricity, accelerate the air purifier market sales channels change. At present, the young consumer market is becoming the main force of consumption, 52.2% of consumers online buy air purifier products, the consumer demand directly stimulating the online retail market scale. From January to May this year, China’s air purifier market online retail accounted for more than 54%, is expected to online retail sales accounted for this year is expected to reach 61%. in addition, the new national standard air purifier landing will also bring to the market expansion opportunities. This year, the new national standard in March 1st the formal implementation of the air purifier, air purifier brands have large layout, clean air output ratio (Cadr) production Product will grow rapidly, the future will become the main battlefield of the air purifier market.

The demand for purifiers has increased more particularly due to smaller kids and senior citizens

In the wake of Delhi-NCR region reeling under record breaking pollution levels, the sale of air purifying equipment such as air purifiersand N-95 masks has escalated manifold during last three days in Indirapuram.

The demand of air purifiers is soaring at an all time high in the market and their immediate availability is out of stock. “The demand for air purifiers has increased in the last three days especially in the last two days. We have sold more than 15 pieces today itself and almost a dozen of them have been booked in advance as well,” said Dheeraj, a salesman.

The demand for purifiers has increased more particularly due to smaller kids and senior citizens, who are the worst hit in this air pollution crisis. “I am buying this purifier for sake of my mother who is 60 years old. She has been complaining of respiratory problems for the last two-three days and has been coughing a lot,” said P Verma, customer and resident of Ashiana Upavan, Indirapuram, who was browsing at an electronic store.

“I have two kids, who are 10 and 6 years old. I live on 13th floor and the effect of smog has been bothering my family for long. I had bought this air purifier yesterday itself,” said another customer.

“I was in an urgent need so I thought of coming to a retail store like CROMA, otherwise the sale of these purifiers is also strong online and will cost 10 percent less as well,” said a customer.

A basic air purifier consists of a three layer filteration system; the first filter is the ‘Pre filter’ which cleanses the solid, slightly large impure particles from the environment like hair, larger dust particles, small insects etc., the second filter is called a ‘Carbon filter’ which absorbs the harmful and toxic fumes, cigarette smoke, foul smell among more and the final step of filtration is called ‘Hapa filter’, which cleanses the air of any bacteria and viruses. However, features like digital indicators and sound sensors are basically found in the more expensive purifiers.

At the same time, the demand of face covering masks has also critically increased.

To combat the current level of air pollution, which falls under the P3 level of pollution, special N-95 masks have stormed through the markets which are specially equipped for handling such drastic levels of pollution. “I had bought this N-95 mask today itself, because I have been experiencing breathing issues since yesterday. I tried four different pharmacies but it was out of stock everywhere. I finally got it for Rs 200 from a guy who was selling these for twice the cost,” said a passerby.

Another mask user said, “I have been trying to look for the N-95 masks since yesterday but it was out of stock everywhere, that is why I have bought these simple surgical masks for myself and my children, which are priced at Rs 6 per piece.”
